To measure ground packages use the following formula:
Length + Width + Height
Step A: Determining the Length
Measure the longest side of the package, estimating to the nearest cm.
Step B: Determining the Height
Measure the height of the package, estimating to the nearest cm.
Step C: Determining the Width
Measure the height of the package, estimating to the nearest cm.
This is your package measurement.
Step D: Weigh the package to obtain its actual weight.
Enterprise Courier Services has established specific weight and size limits for the packages that you will send with our bike service. The restrictions below only pertain to bike courier packages. There are no limits to the total weight of your international shipment or the total number of packages in your international shipment. Local courier packages larger than the limits listed below will require the use of Goods Van services.
• Packages can be up to 2kg (Local courier packages larger than the limits listed above will require the use of Goods Van services.)
• Packages can be up to 30cm X 30cm X 10cm
• Packages with a large size–to-weight ratio require special pricing and dimensional weight calculations.
Packages that exceed Enterprise Courier Services weight and size limits are subjected to a maximum limits charge.
The limits listed above apply to all bike courier packages.
